All products are handcrafted and natural. Results may vary. Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please review ingredient lists carefully if you have known allergies.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at berlysnaturals@gmail.com with photos and we will make it right.
